my approach

My teaching style and approach to the vinyasa practice revolves around anatomy and functional alignment that was influenced by my training with Jason Crandell. Through my classes and training programmes, I believe in the importance of instilling basic anatomical awareness -- whether as a student or as a teacher -- to ensure a sustainable and injury-free practice.

MEET ANGIE

helping you find your state of mindful flow

I started leading yoga immersion programmes in the beginning of my teaching career, empowering hundreds of students with new found knowledge and understanding of the vinyasa practice grounded in anatomical understanding. My interest lies primarily in anatomy and the biomechanics of yoga. In teaching my classes, I strive to teach them in a clear, systematic, and most importantly, anatomically sound manner to ensure a holistic and sustainable practice.
